The central location is ace, right near Shepherds market and Berkeley Sq., heaps of space for families, and the staff are really friendly. The rooftop pool and bar areas seem proper nice, plus easy access to the metro. Bit of a bummer that the bed wasn't made up in our new room after the mix-up at check-in, but didn't spoil the overall vibe. 🌟

Spacious rooms, great location near subway, and friendly staff made it worthwhile. Rooftop bar offered stunning views. Issues with linen delivery and non-functioning phones were inconvenient but manageable. Overall, highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful NYC experience.

Spacious low cost hotel, the location and staff were good. The room was nicely furnished with a king bed and had floor to ceiling windows, comfortable armchairs and its own balcony. The rooftop restaurant and amazing bar, we loved them.

The room at Royalton Park Avenue was super cozy and had a fully stocked bar, flat-screen TV, and a Bowers & Wilkins Zeppelin Mini iPod docking station. It made me feel right at home and I loved having all these modern amenities at my fingertips.

I personally found the lighting in the room a bit dim, but I know some people prefer it that way.

The internet connection was lightning fast, which was a huge plus. The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the city, and we even had the opportunity to upgrade to a Park Suite, which was absolutely breathtaking. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff, who were friendly, attentive, and made us feel like valued guests throughout our entire visit. Text: The Ivy Lounge had me feeling like a chic New Yorker with its exclusive menu and talented pianists. And let's not forget the vibrant Eataly Flatiron, where I indulged in delicious Italian food. Oh, and those bright colors and statement accessories? Definitely rocked them like a pro. Loved it all! But the random elevator access and noisy adjoining rooms? So totally charming.

I absolutely adored the elegant and cozy decor of the hotel's common areas. The warm color palette and comfortable seating made it a delightful place to relax and socialize. The accessibility for senior people was remarkable, with wide corridors, well-placed handrails, and spacious elevators that made it easy for us to move around comfortably.

I would kindly ask the children of the staff to ensure a more prompt and attentive service at the rooftop restaurant, especially for senior patrons.
